Overview
CyberAlert®, Inc. is a private corporation that was founded in 1999 with venture funding from the principals of Andlinger & Company, Inc.
The company was founded by William J. Comcowich as a spin-off of UltiTech, Inc., which designs, develops and produces Websites and interactive multimedia programs for marketing and communications.
Software development for the CyberAlert media monitoring and clipping service originated at UltiTech in 1997 as a custom software development for a major pharmaceutical company. That software has evolved into CyberAlert 4.0, the most advanced media monitoring and clipping service on the Internet for news and consumer discussion.
Management
William J. Comcowich, president and CEO of CyberAlert, has over 20 years of experience in developing and producing interactive multimedia communications programs for Fortune 500 companies and 10 years of experience in Public Relations.
Location
The company is based at Foot of Broad Street, Stratford, CT 06615, in Brewer's Stratford Marina.
